NovoJuris Legal recently advised Proptech startup Openhouse on their successful $2 Million Seed funding round. The round was led by IndiaQuotient Ventures, with participation from angel investors including Mohit Gupta and Gunjan Patidar (both ex-Co-founders of Zomato), Gaurav Sharma (Founder, SaaS Labs), and Ramanshu Mahaur (Co-founder, Spinny).
This transaction was led by Ms. Sharda Balaji and Mr. Ritvik Joseph.
Openhouse, founded by Rahool Sureka and Ankit Khemka, is developing a full-stack resale property platform focused on India’s residential secondary market. The company plans to use the fresh capital to further build technology, expand operations, and strengthen transaction capabilities.
